I Love Janus

I can't shut up about Chrono Trigger!!!

When I played this game the first time around as a kid I hadn't even started regularly drawing yet, so suddenly I can't stop doing these dumb pictures. These are a bunch of warm-up sketches I've been screwing around with before I start digitally inking my comic. I have some kind of Janus/Magus-drawing sickness I think;;; Although I don't really think I've gotten either of them down well enough yet.

I finally got to 12,000 B.C., which is my favorite part of the game! The new translation refers to it as "Antiquity," which I think is the cutest thing ever. I've got such a ladyboner for the Kingdom of Zeal, I can't even begin to tell you;;;

Oh man finally I get to say something like "I'LL PROBABLY MOVE THIS TO SCRAPS LATER"
